<The Light of Persistence>

<The Light of Persistence> at Eterno Cheongdam reinterprets the exterior of a building on the Han River as a media façade. Carrying the past and present significance of the river, it redraws the waterfront landscape in a light that runs across eras. The design lets light flow along the building's vertical lines and material grain rather than erasing them, so the imagery reads as part of the architecture instead of a layer applied on top. The intensity of the lighting was kept restrained so as not to burden the residential setting or the wider cityscape. A proposal for a new form of urban design that holds art within the city.
