《Samulnori : Time Blend》 is a convergent performance created with the samulnori troupe Molgae, weaving the breath of traditional percussion into media art. Staged at Chungju Cultural Center, the work combined full-stage projection mapping with interactive visuals responding in real time to the players' rhythm and movement. Generative AI imagery translated the rhythmic structure of samulnori into visual patterns, carrying an old cadence into a contemporary image. aplan-company directed the stage media and produced the project film and highlight reel documenting the performance. Where tradition and technology overlap, samulnori gains a new layer of time.
