Art Change up 선정작 <한량>

<Hallyang>, selected for the Arts Council Korea's Art Change up online media arts program, reinterprets the traditional Korean dance hallyangmu as a dance film. The lines and breath of the traditional movement were carried into camera motion and the rhythm of the edit, composing a dance completed on screen rather than on stage. Media art direction, cinematography and editing were combined so the piece stands as a work native to the moving image, not a record of a performance.
