관세박물관 상설전

aplan-company directed the permanent exhibition at the Customs Museum of Seoul Main Customs. To make a relatively unfamiliar subject — customs and trade — legible to general visitors, we designed the exhibition route and the staging together. Visual direction and content composition were applied along the flow of the space to avoid the flatness that document-heavy exhibitions can fall into. Because it is a permanent display, the design prioritized structures that are easy to maintain over long-term operation. It was a project about carrying an institution's story into a visitor's language.
