《독립페스타》

For Liberation Day on August 15, aplan-company joined 《Independence Festa》 at Seodaemun Prison History Hall. We presented <Resistance of Light>, a media façade and lighting performance honoring the sacrifice and unyielding will of Korea's independence activists, which resonated deeply with visitors. The exterior wall of Cell Block 10, a site of profound historical weight, became a vast screen carrying the spirit of those who gave themselves to independence and the history they walked. Rather than erasing the traces of time held in the building, the approach layered light upon them so the place itself became part of the work. More than visual content, <Resistance of Light> was an occasion for visitors to reflect on what those activists stood for and to meet their time through today's senses.
