울산 반구대 암각화

With the Ulsan Metropolitan Council, aplan-company produced a media façade on the theme of the Bangudae Petroglyphs, a Korean National Treasure. The whales and figures carved into prehistoric rock were carried into the language of moving image, so a record made thousands of years ago reappears in today's light. Rather than reproducing the carved lines directly, the work expresses the act of engraving and the accumulation of time as the rhythm of each scene. It is a case of using media façade as a medium to bring regional heritage closer to the public. Meet the time of Bangudae, in light.
